This is a 2-day event only. Single-day sign-ups are not available.

GSR Room Discount available for vendors.

Rates: Thursday Oct. 29 — $59 + $34 resort fee

Friday Oct. 30 — $99 + $34 resort fee

Saturday Oct. 31 — $99 + $34 resort fee.

Spaces are reserved after payment only.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive a space confirmation email from our team.

Key Rules

No early teardown before 9pm on Saturday. A $25 fee will be charged for violations. This is a Grand Sierra Resort rule for public safety.
Do not use the valet or bellhop carts for unloading. Please refer to the floor map for designated unloading areas.
No smoking or vaping on the convention floor. Please use designated GSR smoking areas.
Clean up your space completely after teardown. Break down all boxes. A dumpster will be provided. Any trash left in your space will incur a $25 cleanup fee.
All tables are provided by the Grand Sierra Resort. Do not bring your own tables. You may set up shelves and displays.
